We are thrilled to announce that we have entered into an agreement to be acquired by CIVIS Pulse, an AI voter management and election polling scalable platform. We have been providing access to El Paso voter data for three years free of charge with the costs of the services paid by us.
Although we continue to believe in the concept of open voter data and grassroots political engagement, the current business model is not sustainable over the long haul. Our monthly costs are close to $1,000 and we can no longer support that cost without the revenues to offset the expenses.
But for users to be willing to pay for access to voter data we must provide tools that benefit their investment in accessing the voter data.
CIVIS Pulse provides a comprehensive set of voter analytical tools designed to target the correct voter at the correct time to influence the voter to act. The CIVIS Pulse dashboard uses AI to model voters that will vote for a specific candidate or to answer actionable polling questions for analytical analysis.
We plan on continuing to provide access to our extensive voter database for a nominal fee in 2026 and a comprehensive tool set for candidates running for office. In addition to El Paso voter data, we have started to integrate voter data for Albuquerque and Las Cruces, New Mexico. We will continue to expand our offerings both in tools and voter data across all 50 states in the coming months.
The acquisition is planned to be completed by December 31, at which time we will make futher announcements.
In early January we will be revealing our new and exciting platform. Stay tuned!
